Boca Raton-based Procacci Development Corp. has opened two new buildings at the Dolphin Commerce Center in the Airport West submarket. The pair of 82,372-square-foot buildings, located at 11410 and 11430 NW 20th Street, are reinforced against potential hurricane impacts and are already 50 percent leased. Debra Kremblas, vice president of Proccaci, said the developer is committed to the 49-acre site just north of the Dolphin Mall and Florida’s Turnpike. When completed, it will include 700,000 square feet of Class A office and warehouse space.
