Met 2 to count Deloitte & Touche among tenants

The global accounting powerhouse Deloitte & Touche is in talks to
move to the Downtown Miami office tower Met 2, now scheduled for
completion in 2010. Deloitte & Touche is reported to be discussing
a 50,000-square-foot lease in the 750,000-square-foot building at 355
Southeast Second Avenue. Law firm Greenberg Traurig is moving its
headquarters from Brickell Avenue to 150,000 square feet at Met 2, a
47-story building.
