Equity One buys property suite

North Miami Beach-based Equity One and DRA Advisors have teamed up to purchase a trio of commercial properties for $53 million. The joint venture bought Plantation Marketplace, a 230,330-square-foot retail center in Plantation, anchored by Winn-Dixie and CVS; Penn Dutch Plaza, a 155,628-square-foot retail center in Margate that’s anchored by Penn Dutch Food Center; and 1900/2000 Offices, a 116,777-square-foot office complex in Boca Raton.
