Publisher and printer St. Ives reported a $6.8 million deal for the former Hialeah headquarters of St. Ives Creative. Opa-Locka-based Atlantic Hosiery will move into the 173,000-square-foot building and consolidate its operations from several smaller local buildings and sites. The deal was handled by a team from Hialeah-based Vivo Real Estate. That St. Ives Creative staff will move to company headquarters at 2025 McKinley St., in Hollywood.
