Kendall homeowners take no stance on Parkland project

The Kendall Federation of Homeowner Associations decided
not to take a stance on Parkland,
a nearby proposed development. Only 25 people showed up to a Monday meeting to
discuss Parkland, and the federation said it did not want to make a decision
based on so few people’s opinions. The development, which will include homes,
offices, a high school and police and fire stations, goes before the Miami-Dade
County Commission for a vote December 18.
