The developer of the Heart of Boynton, a 26-acre stretch of neighborhoods along Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, refused to go forward with a financial review without a contract for the project, effectively reaching a stalemate. Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency board members demanded developer Auburn Group pay for the financial review. But Auburn Group Vice President Cito Beguiristain said he wasn’t willing to move forward on a project that might not be wanted.
