Ocean Bank files three foreclosure suits

Miami-based Ocean Bank has filed three foreclosure lawsuits against projects in Aventura, Riviera Beach and Hialeah. One of the lawsuits targets the Terzetto at Aventura, a 438-unit condo and townhome development at 2805 N.W. 185th Street in Aventura, for which Ocean Bank wrote mortgages worth $42.4 million. Another foreclosure suit targets 83 unsold units in the Marsh Harbour townhome project at 1251 Congress Avenue in Riviera Beach. The third lawsuit aims to foreclose on a vacant commercial site comprising 3.7 acres at 13391 Okeechobee Road in Hialeah.
