Fannie, Freddie will suspend foreclosure sales

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac said they will suspend foreclosure sales of occupied single-family and two- to four-unit properties through March 6. The two companies previously suspended eviction and foreclosures sales between November 26 and January 9. Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and several South Florida banks have also announced that they will delay foreclosures on primary residences.
