Twenty-five apartments remained available at the Atrium, a 12-story development on NE 188th Street in Aventura, as of mid-February. The two-, three- and four-bedroom units range from 1,491 to 3,142 square feet, and prices range from $385,000 to $1.2 million. Amenities include a sundeck, two-story fitness center and children’s playground.

Marshall named senior director at Cushman & Wakefield
John Marshall has been named senior director of commercial brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, the firm announced last week. Marshall, who has been at Cushman & Wakefield since 2005, will co-manage the firm’s Miami tenant advisory team. Marshall previously served as vice president at the Hogan Group and as a broker at CB Richard Ellis. He has been involved in more than 200 brokerage transactions in Miami, including the leasing and development of Waterford at Blue Lagoon office park in Miami.

Crown Wine & Spirits stores sold
Two stores in the Crown Wine & Spirits chain have been sold in Boca Raton, Marcus & Millichap announced today. The 8,750-square-foot store at 3500 North Federal Highway sold for $2.25 million to a Sarasota-based company. The 4,800-square-foot store at 757 South Federal Highway sold for $1.25 million to a private investor. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyers of both properties. TRD
