Condo buyers sue Donald Trump

Condo purchasers Ken Borinsky and son Mark Borinsky have sued the
developers of Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., to get back
their $205,580 deposit. They allege that Related Group committed civil theft, fraud and racketeering, allegations Related calls “outrageous and unfounded.” Donald Trump, Michael
Dezer, and Gil Dezer were also named in the suit. The Borinskys signed a
contract for their unit in 2005 and claim that in early 2006, an
amended floor plan showed that the developer had eliminated the
private-entrance elevator and slashed the sizes of two bedrooms and
the den.
