Emmons joins Marcus & Millichap

Larry Emmons, former senior investment officer for First Industrial Realty Trust, has joined the Fort Lauderdale office of Marcus & Millichap as senior associate. He will be director of the firm’s national office and industrial properties group. Marcus & Millichap plans to focus on gaining market share in industrial real estate transactions, focused on REITs, institutions and special assets or REOs.
