The Dania Beach Paul DeMaio Branch Library is a library that switches locations every few years, but that could change now that the city has opened bids for a permanent building. Dominic Orlando, the city’s public services director and member of the bid review committee, said nine contractors have submitted proposals. The library previously leased space in City Hall, a dinosaur museum, and now a bank building. The new library would be next to City Hall.
