Top commercial properties in Palm Beach

Palm Beach County Property Appraiser Gary Nikolits listed the most valuable commercial properties in the county for 2008. It includes the $350 million Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, the $210 Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens and the $178 million Mall at Wellington Green. The Manalapan Ritz Carlton was the top valued hotel, at $98 million.
