Reward on offer in loan fraud case
MFI-Mod Squad, a company that investigates loan modification fraud, is offering a reward of $3,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Chris Campbell of Lionstar Financial. Lionstar illegally charged an upfront fee to a Florida couple, Dan Howard and Nickie Struthers, and sent them letters he claimed were from their bank. The bank did not write the letters.

Developer expands leasing team
Ryan Smith and Meredith Eidelman have joined the leasing team working on the Isram Realty Holdings portfolio at Fimiani Development. Smith was formerly a property manager for Crye-Leike Coastal Realty. Eidelman has four years of retail leasing experience for Victory Real Estate Investments, the Dovetail Companies and Woolbright Development.

Marcus & Millichap hires industrial investment specialist
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has hired Larry Emmons as a director of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group in the Fort Lauderdale office. Emmons will focus on industrial and sale-leaseback properties. He was previously a senior investment officer for First Industrial Realty Trust. TRD
