Stadium plan prepped for approval

City planning officials approved final details on the $634 billion ballpark that would see the Miami Marlins playing in the Little Havana neighborhood. Miami’s Planning Advisory Board signed off on architectural and transportation plans for the park, expected to open in April 2012. Commissioners approved the financing for the stadium last month.
