Palm Beach landmark repairs continue

Efforts to refurbish the Royal Poinciana Chapel and Sea Gull Cottage, a pair of town architectural fixtures, continued this week with the installation of new air conditioning systems. Contractors said work on Sea Gull Cottage is progressing faster than expected and will take only 12 months instead of 18, as estimated earlier.
