Free two-year lease offered

The Radius mixed-use condominium development in Hollywood will give away a two-year lease to help spur economic activity and fill the commercial side of its project. Developer IRM Realty of Hollywood will select a winner from its contest to receive the lease, valued at $96,103. The winner gets a 1,741-square-foot retail space at 1860 Radius Drive, amid 50,000 square feet of retail space and 311 condo units. The prize includes waived rent, common area maintenance and trash disposal costs on the retail unit along Polk Street. The winner also receives a business starter kit and support from SCORE, a small business counseling group. The Radius building’s tenants include Starbucks, Smoothie King, Salad Creations and FedEx Kinko’s.
