Palm Beach sales proceed

Palm Beach real estate firm Christian J. Angle & Associates made two recent sales, one of a house that sold for $2.51 million and another for $5.38 million. Donald and Dayna Perry sold their 4,200-square-foot home, at 220 Esplanade Way, to Steven and Iris Lapidus on April 15. Two weeks later, Benjamin Bourne sold  his 7,000-square foot, five-bedroom Regency home at 133 Brazilian Avenue to Jacqueline J. Ferro for $5.38 million. Angle said the market in Palm Beach is heating up.
