Construction on the 36-story Sonesta Mikado Hotel will begin in June, according to developer Tibor Hollo. The $100 million-plus project comes up for a vote before the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency next week, when the board will decide whether the project gets a tax increment financing rebate. The hotel, at 1701 NE Fourth Avenue, will have 252 rooms and 120 suites, Hollo said. The project also has a spa, a restaurant and about 40,000 square feet for medical offices.
