He sold the 33,000-square foot oceanfront mansion to Dmitri Rybolovlev, a Russian billionaire who made his money in fertilizer. His wife, Elena Rybolovlev, has filed for divorce, citing infidelity and filing a lis pendens to give a local court jurisdiction over the property, which was believed to be the highest-priced sale of a single-family home.
