Palm Beach raises funds for town hall

A campaign by the local preservation foundation has furthered efforts to renovate Palm Beach’s town hall. Group president John Mashek said the group has donated $100,000 of the $500,000 needed for exterior work. The total project cost could tally as much as $11 million. The renovation includes the reworking of interior spaces to give town employees more room. The renovation of the north-end fire bay area has expanded work space for human resources, finance and other departments.
