The site of the home of convicted killer Fred Keller was sold to a Rhode Island couple for $5.73 million, according to public records. Lisa and Greg Wilson of Newport, R.I., bought the lot at 1480 N. Lake Way, which has 175 feet of lake frontage and a small beach. The asking price for the listing, handled by Lawrence A. Moens Associates, was $6.9 million. Keller shot and killed 34-year-old Rosemarie Keller in November 2003, just after their divorce settlement. Keller died in 2007.
