Urgo Hotels has arrived at Singer Island. The company said it will pay WCI Communities $7.1 million for 14 hotel suites, four condos and the right to run the Resort at Singer Island, according to bankruptcy records. Just after emerging from bankruptcy, WCI is paring back. It spent $210 million to build the oceanfront resort in Riviera Beach. It sold most of the 239 hotel suites and 66 condo units during the condo boom. The price was not disclosed.
