The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four bathroom single-family home at 16430 NE 30th Avenue in Eastern Shores. The price of the 4,781-square-foot Dade County home, built in 1992, was cut by $450,000, or 19 percent, to $1.95 million. The property was most recently on the market for $2.4 million, down from the original asking price of $2.6 million when it first hit the market in January 2009.
