TRD poll shows fed stimulus having limited effect on demand

In The Real Deal poll asking how much of an effect people think the federal government’s stimulus plan and home ownership program are having on demand, 103 people, or 47 percent, out of 219 total voters said none, demand is being created by the fundamentals of the property; 90, or 41 percent, said it’s helping, but it’s not the sole reason; and 26, or 12 percent, said a lot, if the programs are pulled, it will have a severe market impact.
