The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom single-family home at 3025 NE 22nd Street in Fort Lauderdale. The price of the 6,753-square-foot house was cut by $1.17 million, or 24 percent, to $3.75 million. The property was most recently on the market for $4.92 million, up from its original asking price of $3.95 million when it first when on the market in April 2009.
