The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six bathroom home at 408 Sweet Bay Avenue in Plantation, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.999 million Broward County home saw a $976,000, or 33 percent, price cut from $2.975 million. It was listed at $3.49 million when it first hit the market in January. The lakefront home sits on an 18,169-squre-foot lot and has a library, indoor spa, gym, his and hers master baths, and an outdoor summer kitchen. Betsy Rauch of Hawks Landing Realty has the listing.
