Real estate listings in brief

An oceanfront Delray Beach mansion belonging to Helmut Kiener, the K1 Group hedge fund founder under arrest in Germany on suspicion of fraud, is for sale by a Cayman Islands liquidator for $23 million. The three-story Georgian home features several chandeliers — including one above an oval bathtub, a two-story wood-paneled library and “exotic marble and onyx throughout,” according to the home’s listing on the Web site of Premier Estate Properties. Proceeds from the sale would be used to repay defrauded investors, sources said.
