Analysts contend commercial fallout fears overblown

While some may be bracing for a double dip in the commercial real estate market, there are those analysts who thinks prices have already stabilized. The Wall Street Journal’s Christina Lewis told colleague Kelly Evans that many experts she interviewed for a recent story believe fears over a greater commercial fallout are overblown. “The debt markets were so bad last year that now they’re beginning to unlock… [analysts are] saying that values are going to stabilize,” Lewis said.
