The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at 17555 Collins Avenue in the Pinnacle in Sunny Isles, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.9 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $650,000, or 25 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7.9 million when it hit the market in March 2008, and was last cut to $2.55 million earlier this month. The 4,000-square-foot waterfront home has a rooftop terrace, media room and bar area. The Pinnacle offers a gym, valet, 24-hour concierge and spa. Jose Michael Valdes of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
