February 05, 2010 01:22PM

In just one week, the number of condos and townhouses on the tri-county
market dropped by 330 units, representing nearly 1 percent of total
inventory, according to Condo Vultures. There are now 41,106 residences on the market, reducing
the total resale market inventory 0.8 percent. The biggest inventory drops were in
Broward County, which saw a 1.1 percent slide and Palm Beach County,
which had a 1.0 percent decline. Miami-Dade County had only a 0.5
percent decrease. The condo inventory reduction was 0.1 percent
greater than the decline in single-family home inventory for the same
period. [Condo Vultures]
