Buyer found for Eden condo project in Boca

Developer Ceebraid-Signal of West Palm Beach is selling its incomplete
Eden condominiums in downtown Boca Raton to a real estate investment subsidiary of BNY Mellon and
Priderock Capital Partners, a West Palm Beach-based investment group
specializing in acquiring and renovating distressed multifamily units.
The groups expect to close the transaction within a month, though terms of the deal were not
disclosed. City officials have
completed an agreement to reinstate building permits that lapsed in
