The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo at 300 South Pointe Drive in Portofino Tower in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.25 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $749,000, or 12 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $6 million. It was originally listed for $6.5 million when it hit the market in February 2009, before the last price cut in August 2009. The 4,100-square-foot duplex penthouse has bay and city views, a formal dining room and a media room. Jorge Sanchez of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
