The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a nine-bedroom, 10-bathroom house at 56 Bal Bay Drive in Bal Harbour, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $10.9 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.1 million, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $12 million when it hit the market in November 2009. The new, contemporary-style waterfront home sits on a 21,225-square-foot lot and has impact glass windows, a three-car garage, rooftop observation deck, multiple terraces, a pool and Jacuzzi.
