The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Alhambra Place at 209 North Birch Road in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.95 million Broward County home saw a $495,000, or 20 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $2.225 million. It was originally listed for $2.495 million when it hit the market in July 2009, before the latest price cut in September 2009. The 3,867-square-foot waterfront home has a balcony with grill, marble floors and views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
