The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 2584 SE 12th Street in Pompano Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.4 million Broward County home saw a $599,000, or 15 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5 million when it hit the market in September 2009. The waterfront home, which sits on a 16,337-square-foot lot, faces the Intracostal waterway and has a 230-square-foot private dock.
