Boynton Beach buyers sue over house flipping

When the Millers, newlyweds in Boynton Beach, bought a pre-construction property in the Firenze
development on Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach in 2004, they claim they were told it would be a “warm,” family-oriented community. At the same time,
however, the couple’s lawsuit alleges, the developers were selling
multiple properties in bulk to house flippers. According to the Millers, the
exercise room was burglarized, transient neighbors move around the
community and the clubhouse is locked for fear of being vandalized.
