The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom house at 9106 Northwest 66th Lane in Parkland, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.2 million Broward County home saw an $800,000, or 13 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $6 million. It was originally listed for $6.2 million when it hit the market in January, before the last price cut in March. The home sits on an 87,174-square-foot lot and has two laundry rooms, two fireplaces, a wine room, elevator, library, gym and four-car garage.
