40,000 condos, townhouses for resale in SF

The number of condos and townhouses for resale in South Florida has
dropped by 23 percent over May 2009, when there were 52,000 units for
sale, according to a report by Condo Vultures using Florida Association
of Realtors data. Condo Vultures has been following resale inventory since November
2008, when there were 61,000 condos and townhouses for resale. There
are currently 16,200 units available for resale in Miami-Dade County.
Miami-Dade has 41 percent of the resale condos for in the tri-county area. TRD
