The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 2730 Cardena Street in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.7 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $400,000, or 19 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.1 million when it hit the market in January. The home was built in 2008 and sits on a 9,525-square-foot lot. Samantha Lucas of Dade County Development has the listing.
