Lloyd Berger named receiver for Palm Vista in Fort Myers

Berger Special Assets, a division of Berger Commercial Realty,
announced that Lloyd Berger, president of Berger Commercial Realty, has
been named the receiver for the 136-unit Palm Vista in Fort Myers at
3726 Central Avenue. The complex consists of 12 two-story buildings made
up of one and two-bedroom units. Berger Special Assets was founded at
the end of 2008, and works as a receiver, management company and sales
agent for distressed properties. Berger Commercial Realty was founded
