Aqua at Allison Island

The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo, #6100, in Aqua at Allison Island at 6100 Aqua Avenue in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1 million, or 33 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $3 million. It was originally listed for $2.1 million when it hit the market in July 2009. The last price revision was in September 2009. Alla Nikulaicheva of Sky Realty by Mirax has the listing on this 5,089-square-foot home, which has curved ceilings designed by Hariri & Hariri Architects to mimic the energy of water. (Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family home listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs. Listings are taken from the South Florida MLS.) TRD
