Wells Fargo becomes Met 2 anchor tenant

Wells Fargo Financial Center

Wells Fargo has signed a 20-year lease for 100,000 square feet of space
in what was formerly the Met 2
Financial Center and is now the Wells Fargo Financial Center in
Downtown Miami. The bank is consolidating its Advisors-Latin America,
Private Client Group and Miami community bank in one place, with room
to expand. The 47-story tower has 750,000 square feet available for
lease. Greenberg Traurig is still the building’s largest tenant, with
128,000 square feet. [SFBJ]
