The Cove restaurant has been open for 32 years
The owner of the Cove Marina & Restaurant has decided to put the
property up for sale. Susan Agnew, who has owned the 400-seat restaurant
and marina for 32 years, has hired Fort Lauderdale firm Lasman Property
Group to market the property. Broker Mark Lasman’s marketing flyer says
the eventual purchaser can choose to maintain the site as a restaurant
or redevelop it. The Deerfield Beach Community Redevelopment Agency has
said it wants to work with the buyer on developing two vacant lots and
to redevelop a city park near the marina. [Sun
