The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 37 Isla Bahia Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.1 million Broward County home saw a $405,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.8 million when it hit the market in March 2009. The price was last cut to $3.9 million in March 2010. The 7,020-square-foot waterfront home sits on a 25,760-square-foot lot and comes with the opportunity for private beach club membership.
