Lake City shopping center goes for $10.6M

A two-year-old shopping center in Lake City has sold to an Illinois-based real estate company for $10.6 million, according to CB Richard Ellis, which represented the seller, an affiliate of Atlanta, Ga.-based South Harbor Development. The 66,510-square-foot mall, located on U.S. Highway 90 at State Road 247, is anchored by a 45,600-square-foot Publix grocery store, the only one within 20 miles. The buyer, Inland Real Estate Group, will add Lake City Commons to its portfolio of more than 30 Florida properties. TRD
