Hotel and restaurant developer Sant Singh Chatwal, known for his nine
New York hotels, has plans
for three new hotels, including one in South Beach modeled on the Dream
and Night hotels in New York. “Our aim is that, with Dream, and Night, we will have
over 100 hotels within 10 years,” Mr. Chatwal says. Chatwal started
buying hotels on the cheap in then-depressed Times Square in New York;
his empire crumbled in the recession in the early 1990s until he
