The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 340 Lido Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.995 million Broward County home saw a $300,000, or 7 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.595 million when it hit the market in June. The price was last cut to $4.295 in July. The new construction home sits on a 10,208-square-foot, waterfront lot and has a wine room, fireplace, media room, pool and dock. Julie Jones of Premier Estate Properties has the listing.
