The Alexan Solero
Invesco Real Estate has purchased the 481-unit Alexan Solero, an apartment
complex across from IKEA in Plantation, in Broward County Plantation, according to a source familiar with the deal. The deal
is for approximately $217,000 per unit, which is among the highest
average prices paid in the post-boom period. A second sources said the
deal was for all cash. The complex is located at 13500 NW Third Street,
and was completed in September. It is approximately 80 percent leased.
