The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 15 Isla Bahia Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.499 million Broward County home saw a $500,000, or 13 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $3.999 million. It was originally listed for $4.495 million when it hit the market in April 2010, before the last price cut in August. The 4,484-square-foot home has views of the harbor, a three-car garage and swimming pool. Sheryl Hodor of Prudential Florida Realty has the listing.
